SUTTON PLACE RESIDENCE
NEW YORK, NY
This Sutton Place residence was resurrected 60 years after the previous owner abandoned a renovation project when the SS Andrea Doria sank along with the owner's ceramic tiles from Italy. The original apartment layout was reconfigured to reflect the new owner's needs for two separate offices, a new powder room, and an open kitchen. Custom millwork, bespoke finishes and modern appliances and fixtures create a contemporary living environment in this otherwise old-world building.
